PUBLIC WELCOME. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend monthly port meetings. They are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:00 pm at a NEW LOCATION 9756 NE Ogle Road (lower level) (the former fire station which was purchased by the Port of Brownsville and is now called the Annex).
PUBLIC REQUEST FOR HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBILITY. The change of meeting location was at the request of 6 Illahee residents with mobility issues that Port meetings be accessible for them, as they were when the Port was meeting outside of the abandoned Illahee Store during the summer/fall months.

TRANSPARENT GOVERNMENT. The website has been established to provide any and all available information regarding the Port of Illahee, in accordance with open and transparent government statutes.
ESTABLISHED BY TAXPAYERS. The Port of Illahee was established by a vote of Illahee residents in 1922 and is and has been supported entirely by Illahee tax payers by a property tax assessment ever since.
GOVERNED BY STATUTES. Port Commissioners are entrusted by Illahee residents to conduct the affairs of the Port in accordance with public law as outlined in the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) statutes and in accordance with the wishes of residents.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MISSION. The Port’s mission is to foster and manage economic development within the Port District and to maintain the pier and floats commonly called the “Illahee Dock” at the foot of Ocean View Boulevard.
LOCATION. The Port of Illahee is located in Kitsap County, Washington, between the cities of Bremerton and Silverdale. The Port of Illahee is served by 3 commissioners, each elected to 6 year terms, with elections occurring every 2 years.
