SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING NOTE:

A SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE PORT OF ILLAHEE WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2022 AT 4:30 PM.  THE ZOOM LINK IS THE SAME AS THE REGULAR MEETING. 

THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING IS TO APPOINT AN INTERIM PORT OF ILLAHEE COMMISSIONER FOLLOWING THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN BURTON ON 9/19/22 AS HE MOVES OUT OF THE PORT DISTRICT, AND THE RESIGNATION OF AMBER BARTZ FOR HEALTH AND OTHER REASONS WHICH WAS RECENTLY SUBMITTED AND TAKES AFFECT ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2022.  

THE SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING IS NECESSARY AS THE COMMISSION REQUIRES TWO COMMISSIONERS IN ORDER TO CONDUCT PORT BUSINESS.
